When you look at people who are successful, you will find that they aren’t the people who are motivated, but they have consistency in their motivation. –Arsène Wenger
In this post I will talk about being consistently motivation and to prove my point I will quote a message from Arsène Wenger “When you look at people who are successful, you will find that they aren’t the people who are motivated, but they have consistency in their motivation”.
Let’s swallow a hard truth “your motivation level won’t be high ever single day”. However, what truly matters is building a strong habit of consistency. Instead of few odd bursts of motivation here and there, the idea is to focus on creating a routine that keeps you on track. Whether it’s dedicating time each day to your goals or finding joy in the process, these consistent efforts lead to real results.
In the end, being motivated is certainly important; however being consistent and forming habits leading to consistent patterns are far more important.
Empowering Tip: Stay consistent to fuel your motivation and achieve goals.
